Santa in September

Santa in September 
Come out this Saturday, Sept. 1. Meet Santa.
Santa will be at the market to benefit the Holiday Family Outreach. 
Holiday Family Outreach is a Charitable Organization.

Reminder: Sept. 22 there will be no Farmer's Market 
as the Antique Show will cover the Square and the side roads. 
Many Farmers' Market vendors will continue through October.

Gettysburg Farmers Market First August Saturday

This is what you can see at the market this week. 


 will be bringing 2012 spring honey harvested 
from the  Bonniville area (Stonebridge Rd to be exact)!


  Beeman’s Baked Goods - plan to have fresh peach pies, peach cobbler, apple crisp,  cakes, cookies, and the first of the season's apple dumplings.

Swartz’s Pumpkin Patch - will have tomatoes, sweet corn, green beans, and local peaches.  Hope to see you there!

Anschuetz Farm -    will have all grass fed black angus beef this week by the cut and pork, nitrate free bacon, boneless pork chops, beer brats, German brats, 2-3 pound boneless hams that are nitrate free. 



Wileman’s Fruit & Vegetables -will be bringing local peaches, corn and tomatoes, and will have fresh canned pickled red beets. Now arriving the first of the season blackberry jam, along with many other flavors.

sweet corn, apples and much more!



will be bringing some hand spun, hand dyed yarn in new colors. Fresh alpaca yarn in, a blend from 3 alpacas to make a brown heather color, oh so soft. Offering this week new "ankle socks" similar to tennis socks,  size medium alpaca socks also new size for extreme socks size 14 - 17.  
Torchbearer Sauces  - samples are available for tasting. You'll be glad you did! 


Kalpana’s Fine Soaps and Jewelry 
Gettysburg Gardens -   will have a selection of mostly native woody and herbaceous perennials 
suitable for planting with care even in this heat. 

Grateful Acres - 
will have eggplant (2-3 kinds), cabbage (green), 
Collards, leeks, sweet peppers, hot peppers, zucchini (2 types), 
Portofino squash, yellow straight neck, cucumbers (Pearl) and 9 kinds of garlic.
